A chartered plane leaving Montreal with stopovers in Québec and Val-d’Or will arrive in the late morning of March 26.
Travelers from northern communities will make their own travel arrangements. On the afternoon of March 26th, students will register and mount their projects. Subsequently there will be ice breaker activities.
The evaluation of projects and visits from the public will take place on March 27th and in the morning of March 28th. In the afternoon of March 28th, there will be a variety of scientific and leisure activities for the students and their chaperons. The day will conclude with a banquet and award ceremony.
Friday March 29th, participants will leave after breakfast.
